Features
Programming temperature control technology commanded by built-in PID controller can track temperatures of each soldering iron in real-time and correct temperatures quickly and with minimum tolerance.
3-segment storage function is able to save function modes with different parameters for easier future operation.
Air gun protection function: The hot air gun will automatically stop if any malfunction occurs for safety assurance.
Air gun manual/automatic function:
a. If on auto mode, the heater immediately stops once the air gun handle is placed on the holder. This makes sure that the air gun is always attached with the equipment for the next use, and provides excellent safety assurance to the operator, and extends its lifespan and maximizes energy savings.
b. If on manual mode, the air gun is still operating even it is placed back to holder and ready for further use. This applies to situations with continuous processing and saves time for endless heating and cooling which results in significantly higher production efficiency. We highly recommend changing back to auto mode if you are done with the rework station for safety concerns.
Specially designed vacuum nozzle and heater, does not require frequent maintenance since the melted soldering tin is directly sucked into the filter.
