SparkFun Current Sensor Breakout (low current version) uses ACS723 for low to moderate AC and DC current sensing
Hall effect sensor measures current flow and outputs voltage relative to it
Circuit being sensed and reading circuit are electrically isolated
Capable of sensing currents from 10mA to 5A
Analog output is adjustable to 80kHz, but bandwidth filter set to 20kHz to reduce noise at high gains
Full 80kHz bandwidth can be recovered by closing JP1 (Bandwidth Select) jumper
Board has electrical isolation up to 2.4kV (RMS), but not designed for high voltage applications
