This is a high-quality, extra-long thermocouple with a K-type sensor. It features a 8-inch probe, which has the sensor located at its tip, and comes with a 5-inch handle for easy handling. The probe is equipped with a miniature K-type connector, making it compatible with a variety of digital K-type thermometers.

This probe is suitable for a range of industrial, commercial and manufacturing applications. It can be used to measure surface temperatures in cooking, such as on grills or ovens, or in manufacturing to measure the temperature of machine parts or motors.
