-SparkFun Noisy Cricket Stereo Amplifier uses LM4853 Boomer® IC
Can output up to 1.5W of power in mono operation or 300mW per channel in stereo operation
Comes with a dual-ganged pot with a built-in switch to control power and adjust both left and right channel gain
Three connection sections: Power, Input, and Output
Power section requires voltage range of 2.4-5.5VDC
Input and Output sections have connections for GND, LEFT IN/OUT, and RIGHT IN/OUT
Output section features a pin labeled “MONO” for mono operation
To use mono operation, solder two jumper pads on the back labeled ENABLE MONO OUTPUT and MONO BASS BOOST
Fits into the palm of your hand and requires minimal setup
Provides both stereophonic and monaural sound.
