Features of Active Buzzer:

Has a built-in sound source
Convenient program control
Can produce sound with a high or low level of MCU
Voice frequency is controllable
Differences from Passive Buzzer:

Does not require an oscillating electronic signal
Can produce sound as soon as it is electrified
Cannot be controlled by a passive buzzer.
