LM393 LIGHT SENSOR

The Light Level Detection module is designed to detect the brightness and light intensity of the surrounding environment. It is equipped with a photoresistor and a photodiode that makes it more sensitive and directional. The sensitivity can be adjusted using the digital potentiometer. The operating voltage for the module is 3.3V to 5V, and it has a digital switch output of 0 and 1. The small plate PCB size is 3.2cm by 1.4cm and has a fixed bolt hole for easy installation.

The Photodiode module is more sensitive to ambient light and is commonly used to detect the brightness of the surrounding environment. On the other hand, the photoresistor sensor module is more universal and is not as directional. The module outputs a high level on its D0 port when the light intensity is below a set threshold, and outputs a low level when the light intensity exceeds the set threshold. The small plate digital output, D0, can be directly connected to a microcontroller to detect changes in the environmental light intensity. The digital output can also be used to drive a relay module to create a photoelectric switch.
