Description:
The DM422C is a fully digital stepping driver that uses a DSP with advanced control algorithms for optimal performance. It offers unique features such as anti-resonance for low-speed smoothness, motor self-test and parameter auto-setup technology, and automatic idle-current reduction for reduced motor heating. With a supply voltage of up to 36VDC, output current programmable from 0.3A to 2.2A, and pulse input frequency of up to 75kHz, the DM422C is suitable for 2-phase and 4-phase motors. The DM422C is smaller and more cost-effective than the DM432C.
Key features include:
Anti-Resonance for smooth performance
Programmable output current
Automatic idle-current reduction
Motor self-test and parameter auto-setup
TTL compatible and optically isolated input
Microstep resolutions up to 102,400 steps/rev
Support for PUL/DIR and CW/CCW modes
Over-voltage, over-current, and phase-error protections
Minimum and maximum specifications:
