This is a LCD display with 4 lines and 20 characters. It uses the industry standard HD44780 equivalent LCD controller and has green characters on a lime green background with a backlight. You can interface with this LCD screen using either a 4-bit or 8-bit parallel interface. It operates with 5V DC and doesn’t require a separate power supply for the backlight. The module size is 98mm x 60mm x 14mm and has a black metal bezel of 98mm x 40mm. The viewing area is 76mm x 25.2mm. Additionally, it has a wide viewing angle and high contrast.
