The L298N Dual H-Bridge Motor Controller is a popular device used to control the speed and direction of motors. It is also compatible with other products such as LED arrays, relays, and solenoids. This powerful motor driver comes with a heavy-duty heat sink and can power motors between 5-35V with a maximum current of 2A.

Up to four motors can be controlled using the six onboard screw terminals, and it has an onboard 5V regulator that can output up to 1A for components with a 5V power requirement. Note that the 5V regulated power should not be used when supplying more than 12V to the motors.
