DIL14/DIL14 ZIF AddCap

The specialized 1:1 wired DIL/DIL adapter with Ord. no. 70-0598 is designed for easy adding of bypass capacitors when programming DIL (Dual In-Line) devices on BeeHive4 or other programming equipment. It features a ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket with a mechanical warranty of 10,000 actuations, ensuring durability and reliable performance during repeated use.

The adapter is specifically designed to allow for easy connection of bypass capacitors, which are included in the adapter package. The adapter contains soldering pads for convenient soldering of the included 5 pieces of 100nF and 5 pieces of 100pF ceramic capacitors, providing an efficient solution for bypassing and stabilizing the programming process for DIL devices.

The socket on the adapter is a DIL14 type, compatible with 14-pin DIL devices commonly used in electronic devices. The bottom part of the adapter features 2 rows of 7 pins each, with an additional 2 rows of 3 pins each for improved stability during programming. The pins are arranged in a square pattern with a pin pitch of 0.6×0.6mm and row spacing of 300mil, allowing for easy connection to the target DIL device.
