Digital Oscilloscope DS1074Z

The DS1000Z Plus series from RIGOL is a compact and easy-to-use digital oscilloscope that offers mixed signal analysis capability with 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels (only available with the MSO upgrade option). The analog channel bandwidth is 70 MHz with a low noise floor and vertical scale range of 1 mV/div to 10 V/div. The oscilloscope also features innovative “UltraVision” technology with a real-time sample rate up to 1 GSa/s and memory depth up to 24 Mpts.

Additionally, the DS1000Z Plus series includes a built-in dual-channel 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator, providing value and capability to the bench for a variety of applications. The oscilloscope has a waveform capture rate up to 30,000 wfms/s and up to 60,000 frames hardware real-time waveform recording and playback functions. It has various trigger and bus decoding functions, and is equipped with USB Host&Device, LAN (LXI), and AUX interfaces.

The DS1000Z Plus series also includes hardware waveform recording and playback function options, which allows users to easily replay waveforms and find out fault locations. Additionally, it offers bus triggering and decoding options for RS232/UART, I2C, and SPI bus. The oscilloscope has a digital fluorescent display with gray level display capability, similar to fluorescent display effect, with minute change of waveform.
