BGA-Top-185 ZIF

The top board of BGA adapters with Ord. no. 70-0991 features a ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket that accepts various BGA packages, differing in ball diameter, ball height, and body thickness. The accepted package(s) are shown in the picture at the Accepted package(s) section of the adapter. The ZIF socket has an operating (mechanical) warranty of 10,000 actuations. This BGA-Top board is manufactured in Slovakia and has a Socket configuration of ZIF BGA48 (accept package up to 63 balls), OpenTop type. It is designed for connection to BGA-Bottom-X with 2×25 pins, square, 0.6×0.6mm, and rows spacing of 600mil.
